Another example of what my potential bouquet style will be. 

What my bridesmaid bouquets are roughly gonna look like (with whatever flower i choose) probably a dozen flowers each if i can....If it's too expensive i'm just gonna do one single bloom with a ribbon  

I know I said it was going to be on hold, but I got inspired tonight for some reason. These are rough estimates of what my bouquet is going to look like. I'm making my own. I want red roses and jasmine flowers like this and one single yellow rose in the center. That's for my uncle Joe. It's my favorite rose, and it was his too. I'm gonna find out what my Mama's favorite flower was and make the bridesmaid bouquets out of that if i can.

How cute will this be for the flower girls! And so much cheaper than a regular boring flower girl dress!!!! 

On Hold

Well, the wedding plans are currently on hold. We went yesterday to our realtor and Kevin signed all the paperwork to get the home loan rolling. We now have 60 days from FRIDAY (April 15th) to find a house, make an offer, close and move! We were orignally thinking Ferndale, Royal Oak and Lincoln Park, but we're gonna checkout some of the houses in Redford. Steve (the realtor) sent me a listing of 9 houses today in our price range that Kevin's gonna go by tonight after he gets off work so he can see what they look like. Then we're gonna pick 5 of those and go look at them monday. Should be fun!

But....since we'renow house hunting and going to be moving, I can't move forward with the buying of wedding stuff or anything since we're just gonna have to pack it up anyway. I can still plan of course.

OH! One new development! We found a hall! It's not the prettiest....but we can get it for $75 MAX! Which gives me so much more budget for stuff to pretty it up!!! YAY!!!!

Talk about Timing!

I just got an email from Wedding Channel.com about a new spring/summer wedding magazine that is on sale now and I told Kevin i wanted to get it...and lo and behold! A complimentary copy arrived today in our mail!! YAY! Time to go look and get more ideas!
